A 17ª Edição do 60 Horas de Andebol de Praia, na Praia Marbelo, Espinho, está este ano inscrita como etapa do Circuito Europeu de Andebol de Praia, mas conhecido por EBT 2017, circuito onde nos orgulhamos de termos sido os pioneiros das participações portuguesas e uma das etapas com mais pontos atribuídos ao nível europeu. Assim, com o apoio da Federação de Andebol de Portugal, Associação de Andebol de Aveiro e Câmara Municipal de Espinho, contamos esta ano elevar ainda mais o nível deste mítico torneio nacional e internacional. Por conseguinte, fizemos algumas alterações que deves ler atentamente.

O que deves já fazer para inscreveres a tua equipa?

- Enviar um mail para paulomarkscosta@gmail.com com o comprovativo do pagamento da inscrição;
- neste mail, além do comprovativo, deves colocar:
NOME DA EQUIPA;
ESCALÃO EM QUE QUERES COMPETIR; MASC OU FEM (OS ESCALÕES SÃO OS ESCALÕES DO ANDEBOL INDOOR PARA A ÉPOCA 2016-2017);
NOME DO RESPONSÁVEL;
CONTACTO DO RESPONSÁVEL (MAIL E TELEMÓVEL).

NOTA: Se a tua equipa quiser pontuar para o EBT 2017, deves fazer referência no mail e inscreveres a tua equipa com o nome oficial da equipa.

REGULAMENTO E INSCRIÇÕES

1. ESCALÕES: Os actuais para a época 2016/2017, tanto no masculino como no feminino. Cada equipa deve ter no mínimo 6 atletas e no máximo 10 (pode, em casos excepcionais, a Organização permitir que o jogo se inicie com 5 atletas).

2. ALOJAMENTO: Os participantes podem optar por uma das seguintes soluções: ficar na Praia Marbelo, junto do recinto de jogos, ou no Parque Municipal de Campismo de Espinho.
Para ficarem no Parque de Campismo devem enviar um mail até dia 30 de Junho 2017 para: paulomarkscosta@gmail.com com o nome e escalão da equipa; número de pessoas e tendas, bem como o contato da pessoa responsável.

3.1. INSCRIÇÕES: feitas através de Lista de Participantes e entregues no Secretariado da prova 3H antes do 1º jogo. Durante a entrega das Listas de Participantes, deve o responsável de cada equipa ter consigo os BI/CC originais para confirmação dos mesmos.
3.1.1. No caso de algum participante não ser atleta federado, devem entregar o Termo de Responsabilidade devidamente preenchido, acompanhado do original do BI/CC para confirmação.
3.1.2. Tanto a Lista de Participantes como os Termos de Responsabilidade serão enviados às equipas inscritas, após o dia 20 de Julho de 2017.As equipas não os devem reenviar por mail.

3.2. As equipas vencedoras da edição de 2016, devem enviar o e-mail a confirmar a inscrição até 15 de Junho de 2017. A partir dessa data anula-se a vantagem/oferta de terem sido vencedores no ano transacto.

3.3. Todos os mails são enviados para paulomarkscosta@gmail.com.

3.2. PREÇOS POR EQUIPA

- ATÉ 31 MARÇO 2017 - 50 EUROS (oferta imperdível)
- ATÉ 30 ABRIL 2017 - 70 EUROS
- ATÉ 29 MAIO 2017 - 80 EUROS
- ATÉ 30 JUNHO 2017 - 90 EUROS
- Taxa Especial de Última Hora: de 01 de Julho a 20 de Julho de 2017 - 100 EUROS (a partir desta data não se aceitam inscrições).

3.2.1. A desistência após o pagamento da taxa de inscrição implica a não devolução da mesma pela organização.

4.1. REGRAS

– ADOPTADAS PELA FAP/EHF PARA A MODALIDADE.
– NÃO SE ADMITEM NOMES DE EQUIPAS MENOS PRÓPRIOS.

4.2. DISCIPLINA E CRITÉRIOS DE DESEMPATE:

– REGENTES PELO REGULAMENTO GERAL E DE DISCIPLINA DA FAP.
- A ORGANIZAÇÃO TEM O DIREITO DE EXCLUIR EQUIPAS/ATLETAS QUE NÃO CUMPRAM COM AS REGRAS ACIMA DESCRITAS.

5. ARBITRAGEM:

5.1. CADA EQUIPA DEVE INDICAR NO MÍNIMO UM DOS ELEMENTOS COMO ÁRBITRO, EMBORA ESTE ELEMENTO POSSA VARIAR AO LONGO DO EVENTO.
5.2. CASO A EQUIPA NÃO APRESENTE ÁRBITRO PARA O JOGO ONDE ESTAVA DELEGADO, SERÁ SANCIONADA COM MENOS UM PONTO NA CLASSIFICAÇÃO FINAL (TANTOS QUANTOS AS FALTAS).

5.3. TOLERÂNCIA: 3 MINUTOS/ MÍNIMO 6 JOGADORES (ver acima possibilidade de excepção).

6. BOLAS E EQUIPAMENTOS:
6.1. CADA EQUIPA DEVE APRESENTAR ANTES DO JOGO UMA BOLA NA MESA DO CAMPO DE JOGO.
6.2. OS EQUIPAMENTOS SÃO OS REGULAMENTADOS PELA FAP/EHF PARA A MODALIDADE, AINDA QUE NESTE ANO, SE POSSA ADMITIR EXCEPÇÕES, DESDE QUE DEVIDAMENTE JUSTIFICADAS ATEMPADAMENTE PERANTE A ORGANIZAÇÃO.

7. PRÉMIOS:

- TAÇA FAIR PLAY (IMPLICA A PARTICIPAÇÃO GRÁTIS NO PRÓXIMO ANO)

- PRÉMIOS PARA OS TRÊS PRIMEIROS CLASSIFICADOS POR ESCALÃO

- PRÉMIO JOGADOR/A MAIS ESPECTACULAR DO 60HORAS POR ESCALÃO

- PRÉMIO GUARDA-REDES MAIS ESPECTACULAR DO 60HORAS POR ESCALÃO

7.1. A ENTREGA DE PRÉMIOS ESTA ANO OCORRERÁ NO FINAL DO EVENTO E NÃO COMO HABITUALMENTE NO FINAL DE CADA FINAL.

NOTA: Caso as condições climatéricas não permitam a realização do evento na data determinada, o fim-de-semana seguinte é a data prevista.

The 17th Edition of the 60HOURS OF BEACH HANDBALL on Marbelo Beach, in city of Espinho, this year is registered as a stage of the European Handball Beach Circuit, but known as EBT 2017, where we are proud to have been the pioneers of Portuguese participation and one of the stages with more points awarded at the European level. Thus, with the support of the Handball Federation of Portugal, Aveiro Handball Association and Espinho City Hall, we have this year to raise even more the level of this mythical national and international tournament. So we have made some changes that you should read carefully.

What should you do to sign up your team?

- Send an email to paulomarkscosta@gmail.com with the proof of payment of the registration;
- in this mail, in addition to the proof, you must place:
1. NAME OF TEAM;
2. CLASS IN WHAT YOU WANT TO COMPETE; MASC OR FEM (CLASSES ARE THE INDOOR ANDEBOL CLASSES FOR THE TIME 2016-2017);
RESPONSABLE NAME;
CONTACT OF THE RESPONSABLE (MAIL AND MOBILE PHONE).

NOTE: If your team wants to score for EBT 2017, you must refer in the mail and register your team with the official team name.

REGULATIONS AND INSCRIPTIONS

1. CLASSES: The current ones for the 2016/2017 season, in the masculine as in the womens. Each team must have at least 6 athletes and a maximum of 10 (in exceptional cases, the organization allows the game to start with 5 athletes).

2. ACCOMMODATION: Participants can choose one of the following solutions: stay at Marbelo Beach, next to the game site, or in Espinho's Municipal Camping Park.
To stay at the campsite, please send a mail by June 30, 2017 to: paulomarkscosta@gmail.com with the team name and rank; Number of people and tents, as well as the contact of the responsible person.

3.1. ENROLLMENTS: made through Participant List and delivered to the Secretariat of the 3H test before the 1st game. During the delivery of the Lists of Participants, the responsible of each team must have with them the original Passport; BI / CC to confirm them.
3.1.1. In the event of any participant not being a federated athlete, they must submit the completed Declaration of Responsibility, accompanied by the original of the passaport; BI / CC for confirmation.
3.1.2. Both the List of Participants and the Terms of Responsibility will be sent to registered teams after July 20, 2017. Teams must not resend them by mail.

3.2. The winning teams of the 2016 edition must send the e-mail confirming the registration until June 15, 2017. From that date, the advantage / offer of being winners last year is canceled.

3.3. All mails are sent to paulomarkscosta@gmail.com.

3.2. TEAM PRICES

- UP TO 31 MARCH 2017 - 50 EUROS (offer not to be missed)
- UP TO 30 APRIL 2017 - 70 EUROS
- UP TO 29 MAY 2017 - 80 EUROS
- UP TO 30 JUNE 2017 - 90 EUROS
- Special Last Minute Rate: from July 1 to July 20, 2017 - 100 EUROS (no registration is accepted from this date).

3.2.1. The withdrawal after payment of the registration fee implies the non-return of the same by the organization.

4.1. RULES

- ADOPTED BY FAP / EHF FOR THE MODALITY.

4.2. DISCIPLINE AND UNEMPLOYMENT CRITERIA:

- REGENTS BY THE GENERAL REGULATIONS AND DISCIPLINE OF THE FAP.
- THE ORGANIZATION HAS THE RIGHT TO EXCLUDE TEAMS / ATHLETES THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE RULES DESCRIBED ABOVE.

5. ARBITRATION:

5.1. EACH TEAM MUST INDICATE IN MINIMUM ONE OF THE ELEMENTS AS A REFEREE, BUT THIS ELEMENT MAY VARY ALONG THE EVENT.
5.2. IF THE TEAM DOES NOT PRESENT REFEREE FOR THE GAME WHERE IT WAS DELEGATED, IT WILL BE SAVED WITH AT LEAST ONE POINT IN THE FINAL CLASSIFICATION (AS MANY AS THE FAULTS).

5.3. TOLERANCE: 3 MINUTES / MINIMUM 6 PLAYERS (see exception possibility above).

6. BALLS AND EQUIPMENT:
6.1. EACH TEAM MUST PRESENT BEFORE PLAYING A BALL ON THE TABLE OF PLAY.
6.2. THE EQUIPMENT IS REGULATED BY FAP / EHF FOR THE MODALITY, EVEN IF THIS YEAR MAY BE ADJUSTED EXCEPTIONS, SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN PROPERLY JUSTIFIED AT THE ORGANIZATION.

7. AWARDS:

- FAIR PLAY BEAM (IMPLICATES FREE PARTICIPATION IN THE NEXT YEAR)

- PRIZES FOR THE FIRST THREE CLASSIFIED BY STEP

- PLAYER / SPECTACULAR PRIZE OF THE 60HORAS PER STAGE

- THE MOST SPECTACULAR GUARD-NETWORK AWARD OF THE 60HORAS PER STAGE

7.1. THE DELIVERY OF AWARDS THIS YEAR WILL OCCUR AT THE END OF THE EVENT AND NOT AS COMMONLY AT THE END OF EACH END.

NOTE: If weather conditions do not allow the event to be held on the given date, the next weekend is the expected date.
