What should you do to sign up your team?

NOTE: If your team wants to score for EBT 2017, you must refer in the mail and register your team with the official team name.
REGULATIONS AND INSCRIPTIONS
1. CLASSES: The current ones for the 2016/2017 season, in the masculine as in the womens. Each team must have at least 6 athletes and a maximum of 10 (in exceptional cases, the organization allows the game to start with 5 athletes).
2. ACCOMMODATION: Participants can choose one of the following solutions: stay at Marbelo Beach, next to the game site, or in Espinho's Municipal Camping Park.
To stay at the campsite, please send a mail by June 30, 2017 to: paulomarkscosta@gmail.com with the team name and rank; Number of people and tents, as well as the contact of the responsible person.

3.1. ENROLLMENTS: made through Participant List and delivered to the Secretariat of the 3H test before the 1st game. During the delivery of the Lists of Participants, the responsible of each team must have with them the original Passport; BI / CC to confirm them.
3.1.1. In the event of any participant not being a federated athlete, they must submit the completed Declaration of Responsibility, accompanied by the original of the passaport; BI / CC for confirmation.
3.1.2. Both the List of Participants and the Terms of Responsibility will be sent to registered teams after July 20, 2017. Teams must not resend them by mail.

3.2.1. The withdrawal after payment of the registration fee implies the non-return of the same by the organization.
4.1. RULES
- ADOPTED BY FAP / EHF FOR THE MODALITY.
4.2. DISCIPLINE AND UNEMPLOYMENT CRITERIA:
- REGENTS BY THE GENERAL REGULATIONS AND DISCIPLINE OF THE FAP.
- THE ORGANIZATION HAS THE RIGHT TO EXCLUDE TEAMS / ATHLETES THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE RULES DESCRIBED ABOVE.

5. ARBITRATION:
5.1. EACH TEAM MUST INDICATE IN MINIMUM ONE OF THE ELEMENTS AS A REFEREE, BUT THIS ELEMENT MAY VARY ALONG THE EVENT.
5.2. IF THE TEAM DOES NOT PRESENT REFEREE FOR THE GAME WHERE IT WAS DELEGATED, IT WILL BE SAVED WITH AT LEAST ONE POINT IN THE FINAL CLASSIFICATION (AS MANY AS THE FAULTS).

6.1. EACH TEAM MUST PRESENT BEFORE PLAYING A BALL ON THE TABLE OF PLAY.
6.2. THE EQUIPMENT IS REGULATED BY FAP / EHF FOR THE MODALITY, EVEN IF THIS YEAR MAY BE ADJUSTED EXCEPTIONS, SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN PROPERLY JUSTIFIED AT THE ORGANIZATION.
6.1. EACH TEAM MUST PRESENT BEFORE PLAYING A BALL ON THE TABLE OF PLAY.
6.2. THE EQUIPMENT IS REGULATED BY FAP / EHF FOR THE MODALITY, EVEN IF THIS YEAR MAY BE ADJUSTED EXCEPTIONS, SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN PROPERLY JUSTIFIED AT THE ORGANIZATION.
7. AWARDS:
- FAIR PLAY BEAM (IMPLICATES FREE PARTICIPATION IN THE NEXT YEAR)
- PRIZES FOR THE FIRST THREE CLASSIFIED BY STEP
- PLAYER / SPECTACULAR PRIZE OF THE 60HORAS PER STAGE
- THE MOST SPECTACULAR GUARD-NETWORK AWARD OF THE 60HORAS PER STAGE
7.1. THE DELIVERY OF AWARDS THIS YEAR WILL OCCUR AT THE END OF THE EVENT AND NOT AS COMMONLY AT THE END OF EACH END.
NOTE: If weather conditions do not allow the event to be held on the given date, the next weekend is the expected date.
